Abstract

RÉSUMÉ
La sarcoïdose médiastino-pulmonaire est la forme clinique la plus fréquente de la granulomatose. Nous rapportons 17 cas (11 femmes et 6 hommes) à l’Hôpital d’Instruction des Armées Omar Bongo Ondimba. Tous les stades radiologiques y étaient représentés avec prédominance des stades I et II (70%). L’évolution était favorable chez 76% de nos patients.

ABSTRACT
Mediastino-pulmonary sarcoidosis is the most frequent clinical form of granulomatosis. We report 17 cases (6 men and 11 women)to Hôpital d’Instruction des Armées Omar Bongo Ondimba involving more women. All radiological stages were represented, but 70% of cases were stages I and II. The outcome was favorable in 76% of patients.
