RÉSUMÉ
Hyperpigmentation gris-bleutée unilatérale du visage, le nævus d’Ota est une affection retrouvée chez les africains et les asiatiques. Nous présentons le cas d’une adolescente qui a consulté pour un flou visuel à l’œil gauche. Les antécédents ont retrouvé une pigmentation du cuir chevelu, du front et du sourcil gauche, trois mois après sa naissance. Ces lésions étaient classées type III de Tanino. L’examen ophtalmologique a montré à gauche, une coloration bleutée de la sclère et une excavation pathologique au fond d’œil. Le champ visuel révélait un glaucome chronique. Notre cas illustre la nécessité d’une réalisation systématique du fond d’œil devant une hyperpigmentation de la face.
ABSTRACT
The nevus of Ota is a condition found in Blacks and Asians. It is characterized by unilateral bluish gray hyperpigmentation of the face. We report the case of a teenage girl who consulted for a visual blur in the left eye. Past medical history found pigmentation of the scalp of the forehead and eyebrow left, three months after birth. These lesions were classified as Tanino type III. The ophthalmologic examination on the left side showed a bluish coloration of the sclera and a pathological excavation at the fundus of the eye. The visual field revealed chronic glaucoma. Our case illustrates the importance of systematic realization of the fundus in front of hyperpigmentation of the face.
