Conclusion.

ABSTRACT
Introduction. Bilharzian ureteral stenosis is common in Mali. Ureteral stenosis of bilharzian origin was the main indication for uretero-vesical reimplantation with a proportion of 90.5% and the "elephant trunk" reimplantation technique was the most used. The average duration of hospitalization was 12 days ± 2.19. The evolution was satisfactory in 52.4% of the patients 03 months after the operation. Complications were parietal suppuration and premature fall of the ureteral catheter and concerned only 14.3% of patients. After 24 months of follow-up, a regression of the uretero-hydronephrosis was observed in 95.2% of cases on ultrasound. Blood monitoring of creatinine levels was abnormal in only one of our patients.
