Les suites opératoires étaient simples.<br />ABSTRACT<br />Spigelian hernia is a rare disease in children. It is manifested by the permanent presence during exercise of an anterolateral or ventrolatera swelling. Diagnosis is often difficult in children. Its treatment is surgical and consists of a closed dehiscence by raphy or plasty. We report a documented case of Spigelian hernia in a child 7 years treated by raphy using the technical of LAZARO DA SILVA in the pediatric surgery service of the university hospital center of Brazzaville.
