Nous rapportons le premier cas d’atrésie tricuspide diagnostiqué un Centre hospitalier universitaire de Ouahigouya. Un garçon de 6 ans vu pour cyanose et retard staturopondéral, Les poumons sont normalement vascularisés à la radiographie pulmonaire. L’électrocardiogramme a montrait une déviation axiale gauche. L’échocardiographie a révélé une atrésie tricuspide avec une sténose pulmonaire. Le traitement était médicamenteux. Ce cas met en lumière la difficulté du diagnostic précoce et de la prise chirurgicale des cardiopathies congénitales complexe au Burkina.</p><p>ABSTRACT<br />Tricuspid atresia is a rare, complex, cyanotic congenital heart disease with a poor prognosis. We report the first case of tricuspid atresia diagnosed at a University Hospital Center in Ouahigouya. A 6-year-old boy seen for cyanosis and failure to thrive. The lungs are normally vascularized at the Chest x-ray. The electrocardiogram showed a left axis deviation. Echocardiography revealed tricuspid atresia with pulmonary stenosis. The treatment was drug. This case highlights the difficulty of early diagnosis and surgical management of complex congenital heart disease in Burkina.</p> ER -
