ABSTRACT
Primary hyperparathyroidism is a common disease caused by a parathyroid adenoma in over 85% of cases. Giant parathyroid adenomas are rare and account for approximately 1.5% of all parathyroid adenomas. The aim of this study was to report a rare case of non-ectopic giant parathyroid adenoma presenting without anterior cervical swelling and to highlight the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities.
