Abstract
Malformation congénitale rare, le cordon ombilical géant est une évidence clinique aux facettes multiples. Nous rapportons le cas de ce nouveau-né de sexe masculin dont le cordon ombilical géant masquait une hernie ombilicale et une fistule ouraquienne.
ABSTRACT
A rare congenital malformation, the giant umbilical cord is multi-faceted clinical evidence. We report the case of this male newborn whose giant umbilical cord masked an umbilical hernia and an uraquian fistula.
