Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Les malformations cérébrales sont fréquentes et constituent une cause importante de handicap physique et de mortalité particulièrement chez l’enfant. L’association chez un même patient de nombreuses malformations cérébrales telles que la malformation de Dandy Walker, schizencéphalie et agénésie du corps calleux est rare. Sa pathogénie est marquée par une hétérogénéité étiologique. Elle est responsable de nombreux et sévères troubles cognitifs et moteurs. Nous rapportons l’observation d’une patiente de 5 ans, présentant un syndrome polymalformatif cérébral diagnostiqué à l’IRM cérébrale, associant : malformation de Dandy Walker, schizencéphalie à fente ouverte et agénésie du corps calleux.
ABSTRACT
Cerebral malformations are frequent and constitute an important cause of physical disability and mortality, particularly in children. The association in the same patient of many cerebral malformations such as Dandy Walker malformation, schizencephaly and agenesis of the corpus callosum is rare. This pathogenesis is marked by etiological heterogeneity. It is responsible for many severe cognitive and motor deficits. We report the case of 5 year old female patient with cerebral polymalformative syndrome diagnosed on cerebral MRI, associating: Dandy Walker malformation, Schizencephaly and agenesis of the corpus callosum.
