ABSTRACT
Penile tuberculosis (PTB) is a very rare variety of genitourinary tuberculosis, even in developing countries. It is either primary or secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis. We report the case of a 23-year-old male patient, immunocompetent, with no medical history who presented with a painless ulcerative lesion of the glans. The biopsy with histopathological examination of the lesion showed evidence of tuberculosis with a favourable evolution under anti-tuberculosis treatment. Faced with chronic ulceration of the penis, consider penile tuberculosis as a differential diagnosis in endemic areas.
