RÉSUMÉ
L’ectopie rénale est une malposition par défaut de développement, constamment accompagnée d’une malrotation, comportant toujours une vascularisation anormale avec une ou plusieurs artères ectopiques et un uretère de longueur adaptée au siège de rein. Nous rapportons l’observation d’une adolescente de 12 ans porteur d’une ectopie rénale, découverte fortuitement à la suite de règles abondantes et prolongées par l’échographie abdominopelvienne.
ABSTRACT
Renal ectopy is a developmental malposition, constantly accompanied by malrotation, always comprising abnormal vascularization with one or more ectopic arteries and a ureter of length adapted to the kidney site. We report the observation of a 12-year-old girl with renal ectopia, discovered incidentally following heavy and prolonged periods by abdominopelvic ultrasound.
