Abstract


RÉSUMÉ
La victime de brûlure électrique vraie est habituellement un adulte jeune de sexe masculin, et le plus souvent un ouvrier du secteur de l’électricité. Dans ce travail, nous reportons des brûlures électriques vraies par haut voltage chez les enfants, une situation rare qui a attiré notre attention et qui pourrait devenir plus fréquente du fait de la crise économique qui sévit dans nos pays.

ABSTRACT
True electrical burn affects mainly the male young adult, most commonly a workman of the electrical sector. In this paper, we report the occurrence of true high-voltage electric burns in two children, an uncommon situation which may be more frequent in the future, due to the global economic crisis.
