Abstract

RÉSUMÉ
Les accidents vasculaires cérébraux sont des accidents rares mais graves durant la grossesse et le post-partum, ils sont responsables d'une mortalité et d'une morbidité élevées, la pré éclampsie, l'éclampsie et les accidents vasculaires cérébraux sont significativement liés. Nous rapportons le cas d'un accident vasculaire cérébral hémorragique méningé grade IV de FISHER chez une patiente de 37 ans admise pour altération de l’état général sur grossesse de 30 SA + 4 jours dans un contexte d’hypertension chronique soldé par le décès maternel à j1 post opératoire d’une césarienne pour sauvetage fœtal.


ABSTRACT
Stroke is a rare but serious event in pregnancy and the postpartum period. It is significantly related to pre-eclampsia, eclampsia and is responsible for high mortality and morbidity. We report the case of a hemorrhagic meningeal stroke FISHER grade IV in a 37 year old patient admitted for deterioration of general condition during pregnancy of 30 weeks of amenorrohea + 4 days in a context of chronic hypertension resulting in maternal death at day 1 post operative caesarean delivery for fetal rescue.
