Abstract
Le lithopédion est une grossesse abdominale ancienne arrêtée et calcifiée. Sa découverte est souvent fortuite lors d’un examen radiologique, d’une laparotomie ou d’une autopsie. Nous rapportons une observation à propos d’une femme de 32 ans se plaignant de douleur avec sensation de masse abdominale révélant une grossesse abdominale calcifiée évoluant depuis 12 ans.
Abstract
Lithopedion is an old, arrested and calcified abdominal pregnancy. Its discovery is often fortuitous during a radiological examination, a laparotomy or an autopsy. We report an observation about a 32-year-old woman complaining of pain with sensation of abdominal mass revealing a calcified abdominal pregnancy evolving for 12 years.
