Abstract

RÉSUMÉ
La prise en charge du syndrome coronarien aigue avec sus décalage persistent du segment ST est bien codifiée pourtant, dans notre contexte, les difficultés pour une prise en charge optimale restent nombreuses. Nous reportons le cas d’une patiente conduite aux urgences pour une douleur thoracique aigue avec sus décalage permanant du segment ST dont la prise en charge illustre les difficultés liées à notre environnement spécifique.


ABSTRACT
The management of acute coronary syndrome with persistent ST-segment elevation is well codified, but there are still many difficulties to be overcome but in our setting. We report the case of a patient who was admitted to the emergency ward with acute chest pain and persistent ST-segment elevation, whose management illustrates the difficulties associated with our specific environment.
