ABSTRACT
Accidental poisoning with organophosphate insecticides represents a cause of morbidity and mortality. We report three cases in children aged 2 to 8 years admitted to the emergency room of the Mother-Child University Hospital of Libreville. The diagnosis was made upon presentation of the causative agent, medical treatment consisted of resuscitation with atropine. The evolution has been favorable among all ours. Education and information on the storage conditions of these products at home will help reduce the risks of accidental poisoning.
