Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Les leucémies aigues lymphoblastiques sont un groupe hétérogène d’hémopathies malignes caractérisées par une prolifération et une accumulation de progéniteurs lymphoïdes (lymphoblastes) B ou T dans la moelle osseuse et/ou des sites extramédullaires. Les manifestations cliniques sont non spécifiques. La polysérite comme manifestation initiale de la maladie a été décrite pour la première fois en 1954 par Raynolds très peu d’autres cas ont été rapportés. Nous présentons l’observation d’une patiente de 50 ans dont la leucémie aigue lymphoblastique T a été révélée par une polysérite d’évolution favorable sous chimiothérapie.
ABSTRACT
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a heterogeneous group of malignant disease of blood characterized by proliferation and accumulation of lymphoid (lymphoblast) B or T progenitors in the bone marrow and / or extramedullary sites. Clinical manifestations are nonspecific. Polyserite as an initial manifestation of the disease was first described in 1954 by Raynolds very few other cases have been reported. We report the case of a 50-year-old patient whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia T was revealed by a polyseritis of favorable evolution under chemotherapy.
