Abstract
Les auteurs rapportent un cas de manœuvre abortive sur une grossesse extra-utérine (GEU) méconnue. Leur but est d’insister sur la rigueur à avoir dans la démarche diagnostique, clinique et paraclinique (β-hCG plasmatique, échographie, coelioscopie) auprès des professionnels de santé, mais bien plus , de sensibiliser à large échelle sur tout élément de surveillance post-abortum pouvant justifier un transfert auprès d’une formation sanitaire mieux équipée pour une meilleure prise en charge.
The authors report a case of abortion maneuver on an unknown ectopic pregnancy.
The goal is to emphasize the importance of proper management (plasma β-hCG assay, sonography, laparoscopy ) by health personnel, and to raise awareness on post-abortum monitoring for early referral of patients to well equipped centers for better management.
