Abstract
Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’une jeune fille de 28 ans présentant des difficultés mécaniques peu courantes de rapports sexuels après traumatisme grave du bassin survenu pendant l’enfance. Après plusieurs tentatives thérapeutiques chirurgicales vaines, elle a subi, au dernier recours, une ostéotomie partielle des branches ischio-pubiennes par voie transvaginale. Ceci a permis de résoudre les difficultés d’intromission de cette étudiante qui a découvert la sexualité seulement à cet âge
