Abstract

ABSTRACT
Endometrial bone metaplasia (EOM) or endometrial ossification is an infrequent pathological entity. We report the case of endometrial ossification of discovered through hysteroscopy at the Regional Hospital of Garoua-North-Cameroon in a patient with secondary infertility five years after a late spontaneous miscarriage. Operative hysteroscopy allowed the extraction of a coralliform bone fragment whose trophoblastic origin was confirmed on pathological examination.
