Abstract

RÉSUMÉ
L’épidémie du nouveau coronavirus (COVID19), apparue en Chine en décembre 2019, s’est propagée en moins de trois mois à travers le monde via les moyens de déplacements des personnes et biens. Nous rapportons ici le tout premier cas de COVID19 au Togo, la description de sa prise en charge et l'organisation de la réponse à la pandémie de COVID 19 dans le pays. Compte tenu de l'évolution de l'épidémie en Chine, la collaboration entre les scientifiques, les autorités politico-administratives et les médias peut avoir un impact local sur l'épidémie.


ABSTRACT
The epidemic of the new coronavirus (COVID19) that appeared in China in December 2019 has spread less than three months across the world via means of transport. Here we report the first case of COVID19 in Togo, her description of her treatment and the organization of the response to the COVID 19 pandemic in the country. In view of the evolution of the epidemic in China, collaboration between scientists, political administrative authorities and the media can locally make impact in the epidemic.
