Abstract
We report a case of endometrial tuberculosis on a 32 years old patient. The diagnosis was done on an intra uterine collection in a context of primary infertility. No risk factor of tuberculosis was identified. The collection has dried up to the anti tuberculosis treatment, but the fertility prognosis was poor because of uterine synaechia.
Nous rapportons un cas de tuberculose de l’endomètre chez une patiente âgée de 32 ans, diagnostiqué au décours du bilan d’investigation d’une collection intra-utérine, dans un contexte d’infertilité primaire sans facteurs de risque de tuberculose associé. La collection a tari à la suite du traitement antituberculeux ; en revanche le pronostic de fertilité était mauvais en raison d’une synéchie utérine.
