Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Les auteurs rapportent un cas extrêmement rare de papillome Műllerien du col utérin chez un l’adulte. La lésion a simulé un cancer à l’examen clinique et le diagnostic correcte a été posé grâce à la concertation clinico-pathologique et une lecture concertée des lames.
ABSTRACT
The authors report an extremely rare case of a Müllerian papilloma of the cervix in an adult. The lesion mimicked cancer on clinical examination, and the correct diagnosis was made through clinico-pathological consultation and a joint reading of the slides. consultation and a joint reading of the slides.
