Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Notre but était de décrire les difficultés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de l’infection à cytomegalovirus (CMV) dans notre contexte. M, fille, deux mois. sérologie anti CMV (réalisée en France) : Immunoglobuline G (IgG) 8 fois la normale, Immunoglobulines M (IgM) 2,7N. O, de sexe masculin, mois, sérologie anti CMV : IgG 7 fois la normale, d’IgM CMV 2,7N. Le traitement au ganciclovir intraveineuxa permis une évolution favorable dans les deux cas. L’infection à CMV dans notre contexte est difficile à confirmer, car l’examen et le traitement ne sont pas disponibles au Gabon.
ABSTRACT
We aimed to describe for the diagnosis and treatment of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) in our context. M, female, 2 months, anti CMV serology (realized in France) : immunoglobulin G (IgG) 8 times normal, immunoglobulin M (IgM) : 2.7 times normal. O, male, 1 month, IgG 7 times normal, IgM 2.7 times normal. Treatment conducted with intraveinous ganciclovir had a good evolution in both cases. CMV infection in our context is difficult to confirm, tests and treatment are not currently available in Gabon.
