Abstract
L’aïnhum est essentiellement présente en Afrique subsaharienne. L’étiologie reste encore mal précisée. Le diagnostic est essentiellement clinique. Nous rapportons trois cas d’aïnhum chez trois patients d’âges différents, sur une période de 25 mois, à des stades différents de la maladie, dont une forme particulière associant une double bilatéralité d’aïnhum avec bride amniotique sur chaque pied. La prise en charge a été chirurgicale avec une bonne évolution locale et fonctionnelle du pied. Ces cas soulèvent encore la question de l’étiopathogénie de cette maladie qui demeure à ce jour incomprise.
ABSTRACT
Anhum is largely circumscribed to sub-Saharan Africa. The etiology is still poorly defined. Diagnosis is essentially clinical. We report three clinical cases of anhum in three patients of different ages, over a period of 25 months, at different stages of disease progression, including a form combining a double bilaterality with amniotic flange on each foot. The management was surgical with a good local and cuntional response. Our patisnts raise the question of the mysteriois etiopathogenesis of this disease.
