Abstract
ABSTRACT
The association of breast cancer and pregnancy is a challenge for doctors. That is because the management of cancer during pregnancy while sparing the fetus from teratogenic effects of chemotherapy is delicate. We report the case of a 41-year-old patient, 3rd procedure, treated for Her2 luminal right breast cancer who, six years later, had a pleuropulmonary recurrence during pregnancy. Albeit chemotherapy, the course of pregnancy was normal, and an extraction by caesarean section was performed at 36 SA, bringing back a healthy hypotrophic. One year after, the child is healthy and the patient is sable with maintenance hormone therapy.
