Abstract
ABSTRACT
The presence of intrauterine bone fragments is a rare condition. We found two cases of endometrial ossifications during hysteroscopic procedures between March 2021 to March 2022 at the Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery and Human Reproduction Teaching Hospital Paul et Chantal Biya – Yaoundé. Both patients complained of secondary infertility and had a past-history of second trimester abortion. Hysteroscopy revealed the presence of bone structures, which later on were completely removed. On macroscopic examination, the specimen proved to contain foetal bones. There was no complication.
