Abstract
BSTRACT
Angiofibroma is a benign vascular tumour of adolescent males. Extra-nasopharyngeal localisations are rare with atypical clinical characteristics. Authors report a case of a 22 year patient with a laryngeal localisation and emphasize on the difficulties encountered for the management of this case.
RÉSUMÉ
L’angiofibrome est une tumeur vasculaire bénigne de l’adolescent de sexe masculin. Les localisations extranasopharyngées sont rares et présentent des caractéristiques cliniques atypiques. Les auteurs rapportent le cas d' un patient de 22 ans avec une localisation laryngée en relèvant les difficultés rencontrées dans la prise en charge.
