Abstract

ABSTRACT
Gallbladder cancers are extremely rare and are exceptionally diagnosed at an early stage. We report a case of gallbladder adenocarcinoma that occurred in a 60-year-old patient, with symptoms and paraclinical examinations that were not very evocative and whose anatomopathological examination of the surgical specimen documented a poorly differentiated invasive adenocarcinoma, with infiltration of the entire wall of the gallbladder with damage to the serosa without protrusion. This tumour was classified as stage pT3 according to the TNM classification. Our case of gallbladder adenocarcinoma documented in pathology, had symptoms and paraclinical examinations that were not very specific.
